At CasaBuilt, we understand that cabinetry delivery timing directly impacts your renovation schedule. Our shipping process is structured to provide clear timelines, reliable freight coordination, and transparent communication from order to arrival.
Order Processing Times
All orders are reviewed and confirmed within 1–2 business days after purchase. Once confirmed, production and fulfillment timelines begin.

RTA Cabinet Orders: Typically ship within 5–10 business days

Semi-Custom Cabinet Orders: Typically ship within 10–20 business days, depending on configuration and finish selection
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Estimated Transit Times
Transit time depends on your location and freight carrier scheduling.

Eastern & Central U.S.: 3–7 business days after shipment

Western U.S.: 5–10 business days after shipment

Remote or Rural Areas: May require additional transit time
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information and freight carrier contact details.
Delivery Method
Cabinetry orders are shipped via freight carriers due to size and weight. Delivery is curbside unless otherwise specified.
This means:

The carrier will deliver to the closest accessible area outside your home.

You are responsible for moving cabinets indoors.

We recommend having at least two people available to receive and inspect the shipment.
If liftgate service is required for residential delivery, this will be arranged in advance where applicable.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.
If any visible damage is present:

Note the damage clearly on the freight delivery receipt.

Take photos before signing.

Contact CasaBuilt within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to document visible freight damage at delivery may affect replacement eligibility.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. Promotional free shipping offers may apply to qualifying orders.
Trade Partner shipping terms may vary based on account structure.

While we work to maintain accurate inventory and timelines, occasional delays may occur due to:
